Tony,
"I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know that the falcon arrived home safe and sound. Over the years, I have driven around the country picking up these items personally and driving them home because I did not know of a company that was capable of doing it correctly. I was impressed when I saw the time and care you guys took to crate this thing. My compliments to you and your team. I will certainly be using your company in the future."
Thanks again,
Frank Caballero
"Your company crated and shipped a glass front china cabinet from Dallas to Atlanta. It was old and not too sturdy and had a glass front and had never been a fine piece of furniture, but in settling an estate we had to have it shipped to our house.
When it came, it was stored in the garage after tipping the package a little because it was taller than the garage door.
My husband uncrated it over the next HOURS. How amazing it was to watch as piece after piece of wood had to come down with a hammer and a crow bar and many screws had to be removed. It very rapidly was obvious that the crate was much more valuable and wonderful than the cabinet itself. Then the heavy paper box had to be removed. We unwrapped the 'mummy' and removed the many pieces of Styrofoam and plastic wrap and tape. All of the projections were covered with long strips of foam.
After each of these removals, we took pictures of the results in case there was any damage for the ultimate recipient of the cabinet ?? and for our general enjoyment of the amazing S&H.
We may never have to use Craters and Freighters again, but we were amazed at the care our piece of furniture got. You did a fabulous job, better than anybody could imagine."
Thanks so much,
Jan and Reginald Smith, Atlanta, GA
