Die Cutting
Our die cutting systems utilize a 96 x 70-inch workspace, which can extend to 120 inches for larger sheets. This process is ideal for high-volume manufacturing of repeatable components, delivering clean edges and tight tolerances across every production run. It is frequently used for foam inserts, automotive gaskets, and precision-fit protective packaging.
Waterjet Cutting
For complex geometries and materials up to 12 inches thick, our 120 x 60-inch waterjet cutting system provides precision without heat distortion. This method maintains the material integrity of foam, metals, and composites, making it a critical resource for aerospace and high-precision industrial applications.
Thermal Bonding & Assembly
We utilize smart foam hotplate technology with a 50 x 50-inch workspace to create durable, multi-layer assemblies. Our equipment can bond layers totaling up to 15 inches thick without the use of adhesives, ensuring long-term performance for automotive, medical, and industrial cushioning.
CNC Routing & Multi-Material Fabrication
Our 120 x 60-inch CNC routing system provides precision fabrication for wood, plastics, and other soft materials up to 5 inches thick. By combining routing with die cutting and waterjet cutting, we produce integrated, multi-material components that meet complex structural and performance requirements. All components are cut, shaped, and assembled in-house to ensure complete quality control for aerospace, electronics, and manufacturing applications.
